Not Myths, Men Can Orgasm Many times, How?

Men historically find it easier to reach orgasm than women during sex. However, women are known to experience more than one orgasm or multiple orgasms in one fell swoop.
It has been a long time that men can also achieve multiple orgasms into a myth. However, a sex expert has revealed exactly how this myth can work.
Dr. Jess O'Reilly told Dailystar recently about how a man can multiple orgasms. He explains how the process works.
"Most orgasms are accompanied by ejaculation in men, not the sensation of fluid secretion through the spinal reflex that produces a wave of pleasure and release of sexual tension associated with orgasm," says Dr. Jess.
"This satisfying sensation can actually be enjoyed without ejaculation in an experience often referred to as a dry orgasm," he added.
Furthermore, Dr. Jess explains pubococcygeus muscle is very important in terms of having a dry orgasm. This muscle is located around the pubic bone and this tightening can help you achieve many orgasms.
"Squeeze tight and tighten for a few seconds when you feel an orgasm is going on.When you let go, it may still experience a wave of orgasmic pleasure and unintentional contractions," he explained.
"Wait until you reach the point of ejaculatory confidence to flex your PC muscles and hold them while breathing deeply until ejaculation tends to subside," he added.
If that does not work, Dr. Jess suggests to try another technique called "creeping". Take yourself to the brink of orgasm several times without letting yourself cross the line. Stimulate yourself and stop immediately after feeling as if it will reach a climax.
"Inhale slowly and deeply as you retreat to a less stimulating technique or area until the ejaculatory desire subsides.Repeat this process several times. Practice, some men find that they end up feeling the sensation of orgasm without ejaculation during that period," he concluded.
